**CHARITY** Phoenix Rising

Southern Oregon will never forget September 8, 2020. The Almeda and Obenchain fires tore through our valley. They destroyed thousands of lives, homes and businesses. With all of our thanks to firefighters, my husband and I were among the lucky ones. They saved our town.

Phoenix Rising is designed as a polish topper. It will be sheer on its own, but over darker colors, this polish will pop! 

This polish is packed with a magenta shimmer, micro holographic glitter and pink/orange/green color shifting flake.
